Japanese wine was known to be too sweet. It is the thing of the past. In the past decade, the knowledge and skills for wine production have improved and so has the quality. There are some even Jennifer looks up to. They will visit Yamanashi, one of the major wine-producing districts in Japan and go wine tasting, and try matching Japanese cuisine, such as sushi or authentic French and Japanese wine. World-class selections of wine will be presented.
