Tax avoidance by multinational firms is now becoming a serious problem. Such firms are minimizing their tax payments by turning to tax havens, countries or territories where corporate tax is levied at a low rate. This is believed to be costing hundreds of billions of dollars in tax revenue worldwide. Today, we'll look at the tug-of-war between governments and global businesses over tax.
