Rubella Outbreak: A Policy Failure?

Rubella is spreading across Japan at an unprecedented pace. Most patients are between their 20's and 40's, generations who were left without vaccination. This program examines underlying problems linked to public health policy, despite the advice of experts after a similar outbreak 9 years ago. It explores some of the lessons Japan can learn from the United States as it tries to contain the epidemic.

I can't re-post files, sorry. The exception is files that are less than a day old. All mediafire links are broken forever. If you ask nicely and show that you tried but couldn't find the file elsewhere, someone may share it again.
