NHK Today's Close Up
Japan's electric power companies battle the NRA over active fault surveys which determine whether or not the nuclear power plants can continue operation.
The NRA's job is to protect people's health, property and environment and shut out the influence of the pro nuclear community.
If the nuclear power plants can not be restarted, attention is being payed to who shall pay the enormous decommissioning costs and how radioactive waste from the plant should be dealt with.

I can't re-post files, sorry. The exception is files that are less than a day old. All mediafire links are broken forever. If you ask nicely and show that you tried but couldn't find the file elsewhere, someone may share it again.
