The massive earthquake and tsunamis of March last year produced an estimated 20 million tons of debris. Less than 20% of it has been cleared away, and some of the debris has even drifted across the ocean to foreign shores. This documentary focuses on the numerous problems involved in dealing with the wreckage and debris.
