On-Line Connections Encourage Young Voters
The governing Democratic Party, the largest opposition Liberal Democratic Party, and all other parties are all promoting their versions of Japan's future for the December 16th election. Young people may have the most at stake, but their participation is uncertain. In 2009, the voting rates of people in their 20s and 30s was the lowest of all age categories.
Some groups are hoping the Internet can remedy the apathy and promote political participation. They're using blogs and social networking sites, making cyberspace a place where young voters can feel at ease.

I can't re-post files, sorry. The exception is files that are less than a day old. All mediafire links are broken forever. If you ask nicely and show that you tried but couldn't find the file elsewhere, someone may share it again.
