Facing a summer of limited energy
With all nuclear power plants in Japan still offline, the government is calling for businesses and individuals to conserve energy. One approach being considered is setting the price of electricity high during daytime peak hours. Nearly 300 households and companies are participating in an experiment in Kitakyushu to see how it works. Another development is the heightened prominence of energy-saving consultants. Advocates of reduced consumption are turning their policy preferences into practical advice.

I can't re-post files, sorry. The exception is files that are less than a day old. All mediafire links are broken forever. If you ask nicely and show that you tried but couldn't find the file elsewhere, someone may share it again.
