On May 6th, 100,000 blue lights floated along the Sumida River below the new landmark, Tokyo Skytree. The solar-powered LEDs that provided the illumination were called Inori-boshi
(Wishing Stars). The festival was held in hopes of reestablishing Tokyo as a city of water and greenery.
The program explores the culture of the "downtown" area near the river. It follows efforts to make the community a place for people to meet and collaborate, where urban life and the natural environment coexist.

I can't re-post files, sorry. The exception is files that are less than a day old. All mediafire links are broken forever. If you ask nicely and show that you tried but couldn't find the file elsewhere, someone may share it again.
