    I haven't seen any other reports and people have downloaded the file. Let me know what kind of problem you're having, if it continues.

      After clicking on "slower download", the Captcha code won't show up as usual, the whole page just refresh itself.

      That seems to happen in Chrome because of the single quote in the filename. Works in Firefox, or in Chrome, remove the filename portion of the link. I've changed the link. You also need to enable scripts for fileserve.com and googleapis.com.

I can't re-post files, sorry. The exception is files that are less than a day old. All mediafire links are broken forever. If you ask nicely and show that you tried but couldn't find the file elsewhere, someone may share it again.
