"009 RE: CYBORG", full 3D CG animation movie hitting the screen on Oct. 27. Based on the story written by world popular Shotaro Ishinomori and directed by Kenji Kamiyama known for his global hit series, "Ghost in the Shell: S.A.C", the production team took on a challenge to bring innovation in animation movie by fusing together traditional hand drawn animation and the latest 3D CG technology.
In this exclusive program we bring you our 6 months' reportage on their attempt, together with our take at Skywalker Sound US of their audio production for the animation film.
Contents of the movie is introduced to its limit, setting forth the magnetism of this "old but new" 009 movie produced by new animation era's central character Kamiyama and his team. We deliver to the world, all information you need to fully enjoy this also somewhat philosophical creation.
