Hiroyoshi Ishida - A culinary genius of Japanese food

Hiroshi Ishida
Chef
Born in Mibu, Kyoto Prefecture in 1942
Trained in Kansai and went independent in 1976
After opening a restaurant in Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture, moved on from there first to Shinbashi and then to Ginza
Recognized as a master artisan by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare in 2010
Mibu in Tokyo's Ginza district is a famed Japanese restaurant frequented by the famous and also first-class chefs. Globally revered chef Ferran Adria describes its fare as "rare cuisine filled with soul". Located on the second floor of a general-purpose building, the narrow premises only seat eight but open up a vast space of Japanese food culture. The master, Hiroshi Ishida, holds true to the traditions of Japanese cuisine even while creating bold yet intricate dishes. His wife explains the stories behind each flower arrangement, hanging screen, utensil, eating technique, traditional ingredient and so on, dish by dish. Takeshi visits this "temple school" of Japanese cuisine in the company of Richard Collasse, a writer richly-versed in the things of Japanese culture.

TAKESHI's VOICE
TAKESHI's VOICE

Here it comes. How about this! This is ice? Ooh! How about that! Oh, it tastes great! You'd never think of serving ice. It's like you got up in the morning, there was a layer of ice on the pond in your garden, and you cracked it and popped a piece in your mouth. Traditionally, Japanese people perceive foods and ingredients in an almost personified way. They have an idea of what arrowhead is as a vegetable, how it grows, and what it means. Every food has its own story.

    1. Yeah most of them force you to register to download or use blacklisted url and ip so mosrt of the page is broken.
uploading upto work but req a waiting period
zippy you have to unzip/rar but is fast get it now.
I suggest people use something like jdownloader since you can bypass the websites and all the spam. Just copy the go4up url and it should find allt he urls and verify them. Sadly means you need java runtime and it is not the lightest bit of code. APP is slow as hell. But eh easier dling.

  2. "most of them force you to register to download"

no they dont. i see only 1 that requires you to register.

"or use blacklisted url and ip so mosrt of the page is broken."

do you mean you cant access because your IP range is blacklisted or do you mean your ISP is blacklisting them ? if its your IP then i find that hard to believe that it is going to be many of them. if its blocked by the ISP then the question needs to be asked what the hell they think they are doing blocking blocking legal web sites(you can always use a proxy to get past this but it is not an ideal solution of course and you shouldnt have to).

I can't re-post files, sorry. The exception is files that are less than a day old. All mediafire links are broken forever. If you ask nicely and show that you tried but couldn't find the file elsewhere, someone may share it again.
