what an incredible episode. but i am so surprised that they didnt talk about kobe beef specifically! they mentioned marbled beef, but since kobe style is so famous, i guess i expected more of a mention. i did love the section about molded beef though, but people dont realize that we do the same in the US. dry aged beef imparts such a monumental flavor.i highly recommend it!
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen this episode but I was under the impression that Kobe beef was a type of Wagyu beef... Sounds like an interesting episode.
