If you can't leave comments...

Try turning on 3rd party cookies, OR if you keep them off, do this (firefox):
Tools->Options->Privacy tab
Make sure "Accept cookies from sites" is clicked. Click the "Exceptions" button, add "blogger.com" and click the "Allow" button.
This allows you to accept 3rd party cookies from specific sites, while leaving "Accept 3rd Party Cookies" off.

I can't re-post files, sorry. The exception is files that are less than a day old. All mediafire links are broken forever. If you ask nicely and show that you tried but couldn't find the file elsewhere, someone may share it again.
