Gymnastics: the NHK Trophy
We focus on the women at the NHK Trophy, which this year doubled as the final qualifying competition for the London Olympics, introducing Rie Tanaka, now going to her first Olympics together with her two brothers, and Koko Tsurumi, who has made the team for her second Olympics in a row.

We recall the Tokyo Olympics with Keiko Ikeda, the pioneer of women's gymnastics in Japan who is still Japan's only medalist in the women's gymnastic events.
[Frontrunners]
Saori Kimura, Volleyball
It is getting on for nine years since Kimura made her Japan national team debut as a super high school girl and she is now a key player for Japan's medal hopes in London. She is determined to be the ace this summer and we look inside the daily effort as she trains hard and polishes new techniques.
[Science Lens]
Weightlifting
Hiromi Miyake holds the Japanese record in the 53kg class of women's weightlifting. She's not blessed physically, so to speak; just 1m46 tall and weighing in at 50kg. What's her secret for competing at the London Olympics this summer? We catch her technique on a high-speed camera.

I can't re-post files, sorry. The exception is files that are less than a day old. All mediafire links are broken forever. If you ask nicely and show that you tried but couldn't find the file elsewhere, someone may share it again.
