Sepak Takraw
[Focus]
Sepak Takraw
Sepak takraw the ball game born in South East Asia, has recently been catching the attention of young people through fusion events with club music and TV commercials. We introduce one of those new sepak takraw events called Keru - Kick!

In Love with Sepak Takraw
The core members of Japan's sepak takraw community encountered the sport 20 years ago and, thrilled by the speed and technique, crossed to the very heartland, Thailand, to polish their skills. They show us their amazing kicking forms and talk of their continuing commitment to the dissemination of sepak takraw.
[Science Lens]
Erika Kasahara - Taekwondo
Her high kicks are the hallmark of new 48kg class Taekwondo heroine, Erika Kasahara. Taekwondo has been described as a kind of kick boxing. Her ability to kick high time after time at close quarters places her opponent in constant danger of the unseen kick. We use a high-speed camera to analyze how she does it.

I can't re-post files, sorry. The exception is files that are less than a day old. All mediafire links are broken forever. If you ask nicely and show that you tried but couldn't find the file elsewhere, someone may share it again.
